Time is flying by way too fast!!
Mackenzie is 4mo old!!
It's hard to believe that Mackenzie is already four months old. It seems like yesterday that we brought her home from the hospital. She looks so tiny in this picture, which was taken when she was only 18 hours old. Time sure is going by fast. Now she is a little 'chunky monkey' with lots to say and much to explore. She is even getting used to all the attention her big brother bestows upon her...even when she is sleeping.

Happy Birthday Uncle Tim
While we were on holidays Uncle Tim had a birthday, so to celebrate he and Auntie Shelley came over for a party. Jackson had to help blow out the candles (more than once)!
New Toys
Mackenzie has been working very hard lately to reach her toes. Today for the first time she was able to grab them and hang on. Now her toes are her new favorite toy, especially when she does not have any clothes on!!

More skiing pictures
Here are a few more pictures from our ski holidays.....enjoy!

"Are we done yet"?

"Mom! Take a picture of Grandpa's Gum"!
Jackson is really into gum lately. Grandpa had Trident Gum so whenever Jackson wants gum now he asks for 'Grandpa's Gum'. If you try to give him something else he says, "No! No! I want Grandpas Gum"!

Maddie and Grandpa

'Little Brother' (Jason) makes it look easy.

"Are you ready to go yet Dad"?

Grandpa can still 'Burn and Turn'!!
'Baby Kenzie' getting a ride to the slopes with Grandma

"Grandpa, ski for (with) me"!

Markosky-Hodgson Annual Ski Vacation
It's that time of year again when we get a sitter for all the dogs, pack up and head out West to one, if not, our favorite ski destination, Fernie, BC. This year was as eventful as past years having not one but two babies and a three year old (with selective hearing), grandparents (with non selective hearing, he! he! ) and those of us who do ski, thinking we can ski just as well as we did ten years ago. It's a good thing we had a very hot, hot tub all to ourselves at the end of the day or some of us would still be stuck on the hill. This year was most exciting with Jackson putting on the boards for the very first time. He did really well and wanted to do everything by himself. By the end he was refusing to learn how to stop because he wanted to 'go fast'MAGIC CARPET RIDE
When it came to skiing, Jackson seemed to be a natural. He did not want any help at all, especially getting on and off the Magic Carpet.
Jayson swooshing through the powder!!
Here is our little man skiing all by himself. He would wiggle his little bum forward, put his hands on his knees and go STRAIGHT down the hill. To stop he either fell down laughing or someone would have to catch Jackson before he ran into the snow fence!!
SUPER SKIER
Grandpa and Grandma (Baba D) with their three grandchildren.
This trip was especially exciting for me because I finally got to met my new neice 'Baby Madeleine'. She is as cute as a button and looks like her daddy.
