Jackson spent the better half of this afternoon coloring and cutting out Halloween pictures and then putting them up all over the house. He says "Halloween is my favorite Month", and he can't wait to wear his costume and get some candy!! Mackenzie decided to join in after she woke up from her 3 1/2 hour nap.....gotta love nap time!!!!!

Halloween Art Con't
As you can see Mackenzie is wearing her first Jersey. This Oilers Jersey was once Jacksons and as we were sorting through clothes yesterday we came across it and asked Mackenzie if she would like to wear it. She put it on (yesterday morning) and has not taken it off since. She napped in it, went to bed lastnight with it on and finally took it off for bath time tonight.

Pancakes and Uncle Jason and Auntie Jenn's.....
After swimming lessons yesterday Jason and Jenn took Mackenzie to their house while Jackson and I headed to hockey practice.
While trying to get the kids rounded up and into the van to go home, they discovered quiet a few ladybugs in Auntie Jenn's flower bed....those poor ladybugs didn't know what hit them!!!

Mackenzie sleeping in a Dress??!!
This evening I showed Mackenzie a box of clothes from Avery. In the box was this cute dress that you see in the picture. We jokingly asked Mackenzie if she would like to put on a 'party dress', knowing that she refuses to wear dresses, and surprisingly she said yes. Mackenzie wore the dress for the rest of the night and refused to take it off at bedtime. Our little girl who up until today would throw a huge fit if we even suggested she wear a dress is now sleeping in a dress. Who knew??!!
Our litle Hippi..............
What a little cutie!! Mackenzie came walking into my office this morning a with a big smile on her face.....she loves to play dress-up (on her terms of course). She looks like a little hippie. what you do not see in this picture is that she also has a silver purse and a silver backpack that says princess on it. Every once in awhile our little girl emerges out of Transformer/Bakugan land.

Home at Grandma and Grandpa Markosky's
Jana and the girls, Avery and Addison, came out to mom and dad's for a quick photo op. The kids missed out having a week together at the lake this year so we tried to fit it all in, in about a morning of playtime!! It was so cute to see the kids on the old tractor...that I believe belonged to their Great Grandpa Gibney (my mom's Dad)!! And to take pictures of the kids running and playing where Jana, Jason and I used to play as children...except this time there seems to be a lot more supervision than when we were there age.....
