It took a lot of convincing....and the promise of smarties...but we got Mackenzie in a Dress!!!!!

I feel this will be the last time until her prom....

We headed home to Grandma and Grandpa's for a family wedding. Jenn and I took advantage of the old farm buildings on Grandpa Markosky's (that would be my grandpa so the kids great grandpa's) land this afternoon and took a lot of pictures--I have too many to choose from. Here are just a couple of pictures from today and one of the 3 amigos...one day I'll get a good picture of them...one day!!

I've found a new enjoyment in textures and actions...here are a couple shots of the girls at Jackson's ball game.

First trip to the Zoo this year.

The kids and I headed to the Zoo this afternoon before Jackson's baseball game. I wasn't really paying too much attention to the 3 of them getting ready until...at the Zoo I noticed Maddie was wearing one Dora shoe and one Diego Shoe, very fashion forward--and this coming from a kid who said her puffy vest made her look "ridiculous".

Mackenzie's First Socer Game...

Mackenzie had her first soccer game on Tuesday. As you can see she had a lot of fun. After practice she figured she was done and it was time to go. I would have to describe the evening as organized chaos as 15 other teams of 8 were also set up on the field...thats a lot of 3-4yr olds and their parents and sibblings.

so my obsession with photography has taken on a whole new level as i discover the use of textures in photos...boy is this going to cut into my study time...yikes!!
