Does Mackenzie really look 4yrs old?

I took this picture of Mackenzie on Good Friday.  When I edited the photo I couldn't help but notice how much she has grown lately...and I asked myself if she really looks 4yrs old in the picture....and to me she doesn't :(

"Hoppy" Easter Everyone

This morning start very early...Mackenzie came into our room at 5:50am to let us know the Easter Bunny had arrived.  I sent her back to bed only to have Jackson come in minutes later to tell us the very same thing.  By 9am, when Jay and I got up, the kids had finished their egg hunt and were watching cartoons~and patiently waiting to eat some of the chocolate the Easter Bunny had left behind.  Tomorrow morning will be a different picture with us trying to drag the kids out of bed by 7am to get ready for school only to hear..."Mom I'm too tired to get out of bed".

I know, I know MOM, I can hear you saying you want to see more pictures of the kids....don't worry I'll blog some tomorrow after our Easter Egg Hunt.

We're Back!!!!!!

Last weekend Jenn and I took Mackenzie and Maddie for their first manicure and pedicure...really?  Yes really!  The girls were so cute and soooo excited to get their finger nails and toe nails painted.  When Mackenzie put her feet into the warm water for a soak she immediately had to go to the bathroom.

Blogger is not working.....no pictues for a while

For all who follow our family blog...

For some reason Blogger (the web hosting site this blog lives on)  has decided I've posted too many pictures and I've filled my 'quota' for space.  Plus their server has been down and other people are having the same trouble I am with posting pictures.  So what does this mean...well, until the problem is fixed I'm not able to post pictures of the kiddos....but what I can do for you is let all of you know that:

1.  Someone has kidnapped Mackenzie! 

yes this is true ;0)

 We have no freekn' clue where she is!!! 

But, whoever has our daughter has been kind enough to replace her with an imposter who loves to wear dresses and skirts with 'leg-sides'.  Last week she wore the same skirt 4 days in a row and today she wore a dress to school!!! 

2.  Jackson has discovered a love of music...rock music that is.  I gave him my old iPod and loaded 'appropriate listening' songs on the device for him. We've turned him into a monster and now all he wants to do is listen to his iPod~in the truck to and from school, before bed, while watching T.V.  and the world stops turning when the battery needs to be charged. I beleive this is the beginning of the end...
